Two Kenyan Clinical Officers set for international award in India

Two Kenyan Clinical officers are among three other health Professionals who will be recognized globally for their  innovation research work .

Mr. John Koech Kipsang and Dr. Joseph K. Choge will be awarded by the RULA & IJRULA .

IJRULA and RULA  a member of the World Research Council and the United Medical Council will award the two Clinical Officers in a ceremony set for 26th January 2020 at Grandeur Hall, Breeze Residency, Trichy, TN, India

An elated Kipsang speaking to www.gacopa.org  said he was surprised but expected to get such world recognition which he said he has been working for. The two together with Dr. Choge who is the Head of department of clinical Medicine at the University of Kabianga, Kenya will travel to India to receive the awards. Dr, Choge also sits in the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya, the regulatory body for Clinical officers in Kenya.

Meanwhile, the much-awaited GACOPA conference has gained momentum with close to 600 participants/delegates expected in the beautiful City of Kigali between March 5-7, 2020. GACOPA Director of Communications Viola Mujjukizi speaking from Kampala, Uganda said all is set for the conference that is expected to headline the impact of Clinical officers, Physician Assistants roles in Universal Health Coverage.
